Yes, all our millet noodles (Foxtail, Finger, Pearl, Kodo, Little, Sorghum) are 100% gluten-free and made in dedicated gluten-free facilities. They are safe for people with celiac disease and gluten sensitivity.

How long is the shelf life of your ready-to-eat meals and how should I store them?

Our ready-to-eat Sattvic meals have a shelf life of 12-18 months from the date of manufacture. Store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight for best quality.
