At Vasudha Foods, we understand the need for nourishing food for both body and mind better than anyone else. Founded by the house of Hare Krishna, our mission is to promote healthy eating habits while empowering entrepreneurs, including women-led startups, small farmers, and Micro SMEs.

We are dedicated to providing our customers with the highest quality products and exceptional customer service. We believe that healthy snacking should be accessible and affordable for everyone.

Vasudha, an initiative of the Hare Krishna Movement, was established in 2017. The Hare Krishna Movement is known for its commendable social work in areas such as Food, Health, and Value Education programs through its entities across India & the world. Through a range of initiatives such as Bhojanamrita, Sumedhas, Hare Krishna Heritage Tower, and Gokula Goseva, we strive to serve the community in numerous and diverse ways. Our Team

His Grace Satya Gaura Chandra Dāsa

HG Satya Gaura Chandra Dasa, born in Rajahmundry, Andhra Pradesh, holds a B.Tech (Mechanical Engineering) Gold Medal from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University. After completing an M.Tech at IIT-Chennai, he worked at Novell before joining ISKCON Bangalore in 1997. Serving as Zonal Secretary and President of Hare Krishna Movement, Hyderabad, he founded the Hare Krishna Charitable Trust, addressing societal needs. As Trustee of Akshaya Patra, he oversees operations in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, establishing kitchens in Kandi, Narasingi, Vishakapatnam, Vijayawada, providing nutritious mid-day meals to countless children.

HG Yagneshwara Dasa comes from NIFT Hyderabad and with extensively growing and managing Mega Akshaya Patra Kitchens sprouling in the states of AP and Telangana has joined in with his passion to serve healthy food alternatives.

Vanamali Dasa, Chief Product Officer at Vasudha Foods, brings decades of expertise in the Sattvik food space. With deep knowledge of traditional formulations and culinary techniques, he focuses on creating recipes that preserve nutrition while delivering exceptional taste. His insights drive continuous innovation across product development and quality.

Anant Arora

Anant, Chief Executive Officer at Vasudha Foods, has managed businesses for large enterprises and has wide exposure and a deep understanding of impact streams in the development sector.

Prior to the current assignment, he held leadership roles for organisations like Bharti Airtel Ltd, Xerox Corporation, The Nudge Foundation, The Akshaya Patra Foundation. His previous roles before moving to Vasudha was as the CEO for strategic enterprise business at Bharti Airtel Limited (India & South Asia) and CSCO for The Akshaya Patra Foundation.

Anant is also a Board Member of SIF, a technology incubation centre creating a vibrant ecosystem to foster tech incubation and entrepreneurship. 

Vedula Nagaraj

Nagaraj Vedula, Business Head of Packaged Foods, brings over 2 decades of diverse experience across the FMCG, telecom, and impact sectors. With extensive exposure across pan-India geographies, he has led large-scale distribution setups and crafted effective go-to-market strategies. An alumnus of IIM Kozhikode, he heads the Packaged Foods business at Vasudha, playing a key role in the launch and growth of our Sattvik product range.

A seasoned Food Technologist and global business leader, Rakesh K. Mehra PHD, advisory board member, brings over 40 years of Yog practice and decades of corporate leadership, including at Mother Dairy and NDDB.

With advanced degrees in Food Safety and International Business, he now advises renowned food brands while leading the Yog Seed Trust—a global movement offering free Yog to millions. His mission-driven guidance, rooted in Niswartha Sewa (selfless service), aligns deeply with Vasudha Foods' sattvic philosophy.

Dharmender Kumar is a seasoned finance professional with over 20 years of experience across telecom, media, power, and automotive sectors, and Vasudha's advisory board member. He brings deep expertise in fund raising, investor relations, financial planning, and regulatory compliance. As a strategic advisor, he supports startups with financial structuring, risk management, and operational excellence. His hands-on approach and entrepreneurial mindset make him a valuable asset to Vasudha Foods’ growth journey.
